Using traditional methods and the best organic ingredients they produce a wide variety of bread, cakes, pastries and biscuits. The company has been trading since 1995 and have received many awards and accolades for its products.

Silesian Food is a Polish bakery based Eastgate market in Gloucester. They specialise in healthy, organic and natural pastries and homemade cakes and cookies baked without any preservatives. They also sell croquettes, patties, snacks and homemade pate.

The Crusty Loaf Bakery in Coleford is an award-winning baker and is the place to shop if you love bread or cakes. I tried most of their bread rolls, white and brown during my walking break. The brown malted roll was my favourite.
