Gloucester Brewery
They founded Gloucester brewery in 2011 and they are on Llanthony Road in the historic Gloucester Docks. The premises are a converted horse stable from when the docks were in full use. Gloucester Brewery showcase their beers at TANK, a nice pub in Gloucester docks.
They usually hold tours on the last Friday of every month from 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm, which are bookable in advance. You can book on their website, or just give the brewery a call, and speak to a member of staff. The tour includes admission to the brewery, sampling of a few of their beers on a tour of the site. There is also an educational talk about the process of beer making.
Hillside Brewery in The Forest of Dean
Hillside Brewery is an exciting Gloucestershire brewery, built on traditional skills and values. They established the Stroud Brewery in 2007 and is a member of the Gloucestershire Craft Brewers. Stroud Brewery aims to ensure all of its beer is of the highest quality, and this is the reason for its membership of SIBA.
This is a craft brewery in Thrupp that creates quality cask ales and a unique range of organic & vegan beers. They create the beer using Cotswold grown malt and whole hops.
A tour is usually available on the last Friday of every month, which needs booking in advance. They have own bar which is usually open from 3 pm-11 pm every Friday and Saturday. The beer supplies their own beers and has a pizza oven for food.
Battledown Brewery Cheltenham
