Batsford Arboretum and Garden Centre is a 56-acre garden, with lots of different trees and shrubs from around the world, a plant centre and cafe. The arboretum is child and dog friendly and they are very welcome to come and explore. The collections at Batsford cover a wide range of plants from around the world but have an emphasis on the Far East. There are over 2,850 plant specimens at the arboretum including about 1,300 different trees, shrubs and bamboos.
