My target audience are those who want to lose unwanted bodyfat, tone up (overall or specific areas), build muscle mass or/and train for competition.My core services are:* 1-2-1 Personal Training. I can train you in your own home, at my premises, in a park or at a participating gym (e.g. I have an agreement to use The Gym In Gloucester’s facilities). All bookings of 10 sessions entitle you to a free Nutrition Plan and Training Programme. I also offer 25% off your 1st PT booking – whether that be just one or multiple bookings.* Nutrition Plans.
Independent of Personal Training; I write bespoke, individual nutrition plans to support your goals whilst taking into account your lifestyle, dietary preferences, allergies and intolerances. The one off cost of the nutrition plan covers all ongoing support via telephone, web, text or email.* Exercise Programmes. Another standalone product (ie you do not need to book me for PT sessions to take advantage of this) is a tailored exercise programme aligned to want you want to achieve.
