Tigers Eye Restaurant in Gloucester Review

I finally visited Tigers Eye Restaurant in Gloucester after hearing lots of good things about their hot stone dishes. Tiger’s Eye is the first Hot Rock Grill restaurant in the city occupying the two floors of The Old Bell, a listed inn dating back to the 17th century. It is on Southgate Street near to St Michael’s Tower. They split the Venue into a bar area and a nice restaurant area with comfy seating.

My Visit to Tigers Eye Restaurant in Gloucester

I was a solo diner grabbing a bite while hosting #gloshour and there were plenty of seats available in the Tigers’ eye restaurant on a Wednesday evening. The server was attentive and efficient and willing to make recommendations. The seating was comfortable, and the table was presented with cutlery or chopsticks.

I opted for an old favourite, Birra Moretti, to drink with my meal, nice and cold, and arrived quickly. For my meal, I opted for The Venison Steak hot stone dish served with fries and a few sauces for the chips. The meal arrived promptly with the meat sizzling on the hot rock just cooking. I enjoy my meat medium rare and thoroughly enjoyed the experience of cutting off slices as it cooked. This was delicious and perfectly seasoned. I would recommend a visit to anyone that enjoys meat. https://tigerseyerestaurant.co.uk/
